Corn Pudding, Tasty Snack That Is Easy To Make

Sweet desserts can not only be eaten after enjoying the main course. You can also serve it as a snack for your family and loved ones at home.

One that is fairly easy to make is a pudding. But do not make the usual pudding you make. Other creations of puddings than others you can try, like corn pudding.

Roasted Corn Pudding


-350 grams of heavy cream

-150 grams of fresh milk

-4 grams of gelatin (colored gold)

-140 grams of grains of corn

-50 grams of sugar

Whey Caramel Material

-200 grams of whey yogurt

-50 grams of heavy cream

-112 grams of sugar

-4 grams of salt

Mango Gel Material

-200 grams of fine mango

-23 grams lemon juice

-14 grams of water

-4 grams of agar

-17 grams of sugar

How To Make

  1. Mix water, sugar, and gelatin in a pan. Boil.
  2. Turn off the fire and quickly enter the smoothed mango and lime juice.
  3. Mix well and strain. Let stand for the whole night.
  4. After that, cut the dice.
  5. Bake the grains of corn until fragrant and cooked. Set aside.
  6. Boil milk and cream, insert corn and mix well.
  7. Let stand for the whole night.
