3 Signs You Need to Eat More Carbohydrates

Diet that people do usually eat fewer carbohydrates. The reduction of eating carbohydrate foods is believed to make the body more slender.

“Consuming high-fat foods and no more than 50 grams of carbohydrate per day plus ketogenic diet, low-fat consumption can help increase the body’s dependence on fat,” says Carwyn Sharp, chief research officer at the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

  • Fatigue

If you feel tired after stopping exercise from the gym, maybe you need more energy coming from carbohydrates.

Consumption of apples or bananas – both contain 25 grams of carbohydrates.

  • Headache

When your body burns fat to produce energy, the body also produces molecules called ketones – acids that the body makes when producing fat. This acid will be released by the body while urinating along with sodium that can cause headaches and dehydration. Drink enough water during the day.

  • Often sick

Carbohydrates help the production of antibodies that fight disease. If you consume too much carbohydrate or fewer carbohydrates, you may often get sick.

Consumption of healthy carbohydrates like sweet potatoes can help you stay healthy and fit.
