How To Easily Determine Healthy Eating Portions By Using Hands

Eating a balanced nutrition diet is one of the keys to a healthy lifestyle. But be careful excessive portions can actually eliminate the benefits of these foods.

Dr. Fiastuti Witjaksono, SpGK (K) said to set the ideal portion of eating, you can use the slot game hand. By adjusting the portion of the meal by hand, nutritional needs can be met optimally without having to fear of excess nutrients.
