Three Cups Of Coffee A Day Able To Reduce The Risk Of Prostate Cancer

Drinking a coffee more than three cups a day can reduce the risk of prostate cancer by more than 50 percent. These results are shown in a study of 7,000 Italian men.

Quoted from the pages of Indian Express, the findings are then realized in the laboratory research that suggests that the content of caffeine in coffee has some protective effects against cancer.

“The observation of texas holdem poker cancer cells allows us to say that beneficial effects observed among 7,000 participants are most likely caused by caffeine, and not on many other substances contained in coffee,” says Maria Benedetta Donati of the Institute for Research, Hospitalization and Health Care (IRCCS) Neuromed in Pozzilli, Italy.

The study that had been published in the texas poker International Journal of Cancer, highlights issues that are still debated to this day, namely the role of coffee, and especially caffeine, associated with prostate cancer.

In recent years we have seen a number of international studies on this issue, but some scientific evidence is considered insufficient to draw conclusions, especially in some cases the result are contradictory,” said researcher George Pounis of IRCCS Neuromed.

He added that our aim is to increase knowledge in this field and to provide a clearer view said  Pounis. For this study, about 7,000 men were observed on average for four years.

“By analyzing their coffee consumption habits and comparing them with prostate cancer cases occurring over time, we saw a 53 percent reduction in risk, in those who drank more than three cups of coffee a day,” Pounis said.

Then the researchers sought confirmation by testing texas holdem poker the action of the coffee extract on prostate cancer cells in laboratory studies.

They tested, in particular, caffeine-containing or non-caffeine-containing extracts. Only the first to significantly reduce the proliferation of cancer cells, the effects are mostly lost with the decaffeinated extract.

The researchers believe that Italian-style coffee may also contribute to the protective effect.

“We must remember that the study was conducted on the Italian central population,” said Licia Lacoviello of IRCCS Neuromed.

She added that they are preparing texas poker coffee in a high-pressure Italian way so that the water temperature is very high dan unfiltered. This method, different from that followed in other regions of the world, can lead to higher concentrations of bioactive substances. Now it will be very interesting to explore this aspect.
